Warriors offered David Lee, Harrison Barnes, and some draft picks for Love; Minnesota wanted Thompson as well or as a substitute for Barnes...So Let me ask all you "smart GMs" out there, do any of you think what cleveland has to offer is better than what GS has already offered??? And do any of you think what minnesota wanted from GS can Cleveland come close to even that???

I thought the point was to get shots on goal, but I learned with Howard you aren't even supposed to be near the net.
That's like watching a football game and watching both teams go only to the other teams 40 the whole game.
I'd rather watch hockey.

You ever watch two defensive teams in the NFL play each other and the score ends up being 10-7. Those are some of the best games to watch. In addition to that you do realize that if a touchdown was only worth 1 pt., the scores would be low as well.
Also, it is very difficult to score a ton of goals in soccer. The ability to score from distance is a feat within itself.

So many of us been puzzled by Riley's inability to land top guys(which he said were "pipe dreams" early into the offseason).
Many of us clowned because he knew this day was coming free agency and don't have a valid plan(which he does).
He's hoping the Big 3 resign, many thought he would go after Melo(which I haven't heard anything to that nature).
We've been laughing because there's really no chatter from Miami's top free agents, there wasn't really no noise from the front office until meetings with Deng & Gasol.
The best thing so far was Shabazz Napier first two summer league games. He showed solid play for a rookie, but also showed why most of his fans love him.
Then outta left field comes the McRoberts and Granger signings.
Are they fear striking additions, hell no...will provide offensive energy and defensive length to make a different... Very possible!!!!
So I don't know if this enough to entice Lebron...im not sure but if Pat keep up with these left field signs, his case to present to Lebron will be strong.
Just with these two cats you have
-some defense, outside scoring and passing from a big man with Josh
-danny have length on the wing, which helps on defense and outside shooting
also dude is a great lockeroom guy, which been huge within the Heat's family culture.
What's next I for sure don't know, I for sure won't be surprised if something surprising happens,
One thing I do know Riley has his hands filled(everybody in James ear, Bosh getting love), but the one thing is(maybe was) everybody waiting on him to deliver to a degree.
I'm curious about two things...
If he's able to land Gasol
If Mickey willing to use that trade exception, which is possible because they likely to use the MLE and Bi annual exception...it's not set in stone that they with have to at this point tho...
I have to get up in 5 hrs....somebody need to do something(Bulls(we don't care what pooh is doing either), Knicks, Lakers, Boston)let's make sumthing happen fellows...
