People get making a mistake and making a bad decision all mixed up....
Accidently,breaking a glass is a mistake,shooting at people is a very bad decision....
Not just that, this is USC we're talking about, rich kids from all over the world come to Los Angeles just to go their so they aren't playing around, that can damage their enrollments and reputation for being a great college if they keep having gangsters coming around shooting at people.
Plus there's multimillion dollar projects that has been invested in renovations all around USC for the students and the community, nice upscale type of buildings.
Anyone that lives in Los angeles has either heard this or seen it with there own eyes, its beautiful and upgraded now!
So this fool really picked the wrong location to shoot at, if he would have killed some innocent white kids his ass would have been in even worst shape than he already is in.

Dude talking about him deserving a second chance sounds like a damn new fool talking that stupid shit! It's motherfuckers getting off in cases like this that has them going back to the streets, feeling invincible and then escalating their criminal activity because they feel like they can't be touched. The fact that this clown left the party and came back means he had enough time to think about what he was doing, the bullshit was pre-meditated and basically, all 'sympathy' and second chances were done for him when he made the stupid CHOICE, not a mistake but a CHOICE!!! And that nobody died shit shows just how slow you are mentally so you can miss most everybody, including the judge on this case with that bullshit...

The white kid deserves jail time too. There is no real difference to me in the crime.

The sentencing was excessive, but it shouldn't be a surprise that Black young men receive such sentences. I really hope that young men who are in the streets really understand the consequences that comes with living such a lifestyle.
I don't expect society to be compassionate towards people of color. I do believe that said compassion should come from within our own communities which starts in the home. Lastly, people should expect even harsher sentences, if certain members of the Black community choose to behave in a manner which compromises with the health and safety of the public.

Fuck this bastard. 20 years ago my 16 year-old cousin got shot in the head while being robbed. He survived but is paralyzed on one side of his body. The shooter got out a few years ago and my cousin is still fucked up.
This is what I'm talking about. No one has really done a follow up on those that "lived". Simply because they didn't die doesn't mean they're "living".

Thats why he only got charged 10 years for attempted murder (according to attorney.com ten years is what you usually get for attempted murder) where he fucked up is that he shot 4 people and got charged for attempted murder for each, plus the shit was premeditated.. Don't know if he was offered a plea, but if he did, he defiantly should have taken one..

In reality no system can rehabilitate a person who doesn't want to be rehabilitated.. But if you really want to do better for yourself you can, I know plenty of people who can out much better men after they went to prison.. But in reality all prisons do three things 1- punish 2- allow them to rehabilitate themselves (if they choose) 3-Serve as a deterrent system for people who are thinking about doing the same dumb shit..
They will never tell you this but in all honesty thats what every jail around the world sets out to do..

Look up the recidivism rates for murderers and attempted murders, then talk. Secondly, you don't think he deserves a second chance because you think that Black people are less than human.
