Lori Alexia aka Penna Piererra, real name Lora Ann Evans, was murdered by Woody Borgella, the boyfriend she move in with over the summer in Brooklyn, NY. The couple met early this summer, and Alexia, who went to Brooklyn to be with him, moved in shortly afterwards.

They allegedly had a fight, according to Borgella's confession to the police, apparently about Alexia accusing him of sleeping around and Borgella claiming she was stealing his weed. He said she pulled a knife on him and when he pulled his gun it accidentally went off, shooting her in the head and in the chest, after which he fled the scene.

He pulled his gun out, pointed it at her .... and accidentally shot her .... twice .... including a head shot

Jasmin Nadine Carte, also known by the on-screen name Holly Halston, was arrested and charged with cruelty toward a child and battery for the incident Monday night in Plantation.

Carte's husband, who is also an adult entertainer, told a Broward judge Tuesday that the porn couple had been at odds for months, which culminated in the plate toss.

Carte, 36, allegedly became so irate that she tossed the dish at her 17-year-old daughter, but missed and the ceramic plate hit her 11-year-old child, who was also at the dinner table. The couple also has a 13-year-old child who was sitting at the table.

The shattered glass cut the child's head and also cut the 17-year-old intended target. Both needed stitches for their lacerations.

It's unclear what the argument was about, but Carte and her husband are famous in the adult film industry for having a great working relationship. The pair have filmed over 150 porn scenes with each other.

The judge set a $5,500 bond for Carte and she will have to undergo a psychological evaluation.
