That dude died years ago, probably the early 90's of AIDS so it definitely isn't him.
Naw the first four season's takes place over the course of a 1 year supposedly so the most he was probably gone for was a little less than a year.

I wonder if at some point Walt has one of his gangsta confessions like tonight and finally tells Jessie that he let his girlfriend die too, and maybe tell him it really was him that poisoned the kid. Maybe Jessie is the one that spray painted Heisenberg in his house and killed himself in their.
I'm just thinking. Something obviously happened there though for it to be blocked off like that.
I think you just hit the nail right on the head son, that makes perfect sense.
You have to remember Breaking Bad always shows these moments at the beginning of shows, especially in the beginning of the season, which is obviously a foreshadowing of the ending but they always turn out not to be what we expect.
I think most people take that ending to mean that Walt is found out and on the run but if the show stays true to what they've done in the past thats probably not the case.

I don't even think its that I just think he has supreme confidence that he will always figure a way out of whatever situation he's in (and up to this point he's been right).
I wouldn't be surprised if Hank visits Pinkman, ends up questioning him, pressuring him and the guilt gets to him and he snitches.
