The judge say to the court reporter and the jury, "Strike that from the record." That shit only applies to the reporter to strike from the record. If I am not mistaken. If these issues are hashed out in the judges chambers. There are consequence for such actions like dismissing the case (mistrial).

You saw a boy walking home with skittles, and thought he was a man with a gun looking to break into homes.
You load your gun and pursue the thief against 911 operator's orders.
They tell you to fall back, but you don't.
At this point, 911 calls come into dispatch reporting a fight going on in a housing complex.
Moments later, the boy is shot point blank to the chest and dies.
SELF DEFENSE? This is a racist insult to intelligence and it sickens me to see Americans even considering Zimmerman's innocence.
Who was on the offense?
Who had the gun?
Who had the power and threatened who's life?

If I remember correctly, there is a Sun Tzu quote about there being a better chance of success in a battle if you choose the battlefield.
To me, the defense has made the whole case come down to whose voice was screaming on the tape when it should'nt be.

Think of how close they were to the sidewalk. The vertical gash would be consistent with whacking it on the edge of the concrete while trying to escape the mount and his efforts to escape is what leads them away from the sidewalk.
This again would support MY thought that the aggressor (GZ) would not waste energy and oxygen by screaming out over and over, thereby "gassing out". Just like lifting weights, you control your breathing in order to more effectively direct and exert your energy.
This trainer is making him out to have attained NO skill whatsoever.
I became Level 1 Combatives certified (against my will...its a young man's game), and you build that "muscle memory" very quickly...at least most do. If you don't, you get your ass handed to you for 12-14 hours a day.

If anything this helps the Prosecution.. They're proving the fact that he didn't even attempt to defend himself physically, and the gun was the first option..
