1. did you notice that the picture of the "boy" snedden claimed he had was not listed among the evidence? just listed in the introduction of the document? its a reason for that. he was trying to get all of the other evidence admitted. that's a quick way to get the judges attention. you use words like "homosexual erotica". just because the prosecutor calls it that doesn't mean that's what it is. its all designed to make the defendent look bad. and it worked.
