I understand being a bus driver can be a stressful job, but no excuse for him going back and fourth with the chickenhead teenage girl and then punching her in the face because she touched him.

Real talk.....she is dead wrong for attacking him while he is DRIVING A BUS WITH A NUMBER OF OTHER PASSENGERS IN IT! what if she would have hit him and caused an accident?! then her loud mouth ass would have been responsible for some pileup all on the news.
Now he "may" have used excessive force . But he has a right to defend himself and the safety of the other passengers.
I would have just tried to strongarm her off my bus and be done with it......but he just did what many of us wanted to do but actually went thru with it.

I can't believe I'm hearing you guys talk about it's female, she's a teen, a minor, etc... Was he supposed to sit there and take the hits until supervision or police arrive? Having been in his position I would've done the same thing. Once she put her hands on him all bets are off. Being a female or a minor doesn't give her a pass. It's thinking like this that has these kids doing what they do today. 
While I agree with what your are saying... she did NOT 'touch' him. She assaulted him. Let's not diminish her role in this fiasco. That said... he was wrong for taking it to the degree that he took it.

if you look at the video, when she stepped to him and hit him the bus either swerved or he jammed on the brakes,the guy in the frame falls back into a seat. she put everyone on that bus in danger.
