West Coast. Everybody sounds the same. They all sound like Ice Cube to me.

Minnesota area
Black people wise I love hearing all the different accents. Shit is mad funny.
West coast LA cats all sound like snoop dogg and ice cube.
Chicago cats sound like southern niggas but with more of a city flavor.
Detriot dudes sound more country than chicago cats
DC cats sound like they from down in GA

Atlanta dudes are just COUNTRY.

but for me it has to be down south..when I went down down for school, it took me a WHILE to decipher what the fuck some of them niggas be saying..
Fuck, i grew-up in the swamps, down da bayou, & sometimes, when visiting some rural areas, i struggle with the heavy cajun accents.
I've got friends & family that switch-up btw heavy accented English to "old" French. Shit gets confusing in a hurry, but I love when the women speak in French.

I would say certain parts of the south, specifically people who live in the rural or mountain areas.
There really is no single southern accent. Depending on the region you live in, the accents differ in the south as I came to find out from living there for a while. To someone who has never spent much time in the south, southerners all sound the same. But when you lived there for a while your able to distinguish what region "said" person is from. For example the more rural or close to the moutains you go is the more drastic the accent differs from say someone who lives in the city or town area, and that is sometimes within the same state as well too.

I wouldn't say annoying, but down south dudes are hard to understand.
Every region has their own slang, but dudes down south could be saying regular shit and it takes me a minute to figure out what the fuck they said. I think it's just the leaving words incomplete thing that throws me off.
