Pretty sure Harden and Ibaka are restricted free agents.
They'll get huge offer sheets that the Thunder can mach if they choose, but the question is will they.
*Edit they have one year left on their rookie deals. The question then becomes will OKC resign them early like they did w/ Westbrook, or will they try to get some value for them for cheaper.
