A shocking new report by the National Labor Committee has condemned the working conditions within a KYE Systems factory in China.

The report, based on three years of study, exposes the maltreatment of workers within the factory which assembles Microsoft hardware. It details the day to day hardship of the thousands of young employees who work mandatory fifteen hour shifts for a take-home wage of $0.52 USD per hour.

The report also alleges that women who work in the factory are routinely subjected to sexual harassment.

It goes on to claim that the American Chamber of Commerce in China (of which Microsoft is a member) helped to block proposed contract law that would have improved factory conditions in the country.

"We are like prisoners ... We do not have a life" the National Labor Committee was told, "there are not many people who can bear it for more than a year, and almost never past two years. Most workers flee after just six or eight months."

According to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, Microsoft is taking the claims seriously and has "commenced an investigation."

I though everybody knew about it. I'm like wtf? All that shit that got Made In China stickers/labels come from some hard core work conditions compared to the US. Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit $.52 USD an hour! I remember when they made $.052 USD an hour. They are doing well.
