A man who has previously been dubbed “the world’s oldest porn star” has revealed the secret behind his rampant sex drive.
Shigeo Tokuda, 82, only became an adult entertainer when he was around the age of 70 and credits his amazing stamina to eating eggs every day.
The porn veteran made his adult film debut in 2004, starring in a series of movies called “Elderly” – before going on to feature in around 60 erotic movies every year.
Tokuda said: “People are always asking me about my perseverance, but I don’t do anything special.”
“That said, I do try to lead a proper lifestyle every day.”
“If we’re talking about things that give you stamina, I eat eggs every day.”
“I love rice topped with raw egg.”

Shigeo was born in Tokyo in 1934 and worked making gambling machines when he left college.
In 1974, he joined a travel agency and later watched his first porn film while staying in a hotel on a business trip.
Soon after, he began researching the porn industry, before meeting veteran director Henry Tsukamoto — who suggested Tokuda try taking part in porn shoots.
Thirteen years later, Shigeo is still taking part in porn — although he reportedly has slowed down a little.
He now says that working on longer shoots requires all of his stamina, but admits that his erotic career keeps him feeling young at heart.
Tokuda adds that, when it comes to filming, he always takes the time to compliment actresses on their bodies, before shooting.
He added: “They say that your sex drive dwindles once you get old.”

“But I think it’s because you start to pay less attention to things, and I don’t mean just about women.”
“There’s a bit of time to talk before shooting, so that’s when I’d tell an actress what part of her body I think is beautiful.”
“Who’s gonna hate being told that? And besides, it’s the best way to build communication.”
