How about anyplace? There is no specific spot to meet men. Some people say that "off-beat" places such as the supermarket, bookstore, Home Depot, bus/subway, and just outside are the spots to go to now.
Places like a club, or a jazz spot or bar are spots where you may meet a facade of the person (goes for men and women). If you want to see someone in their "natural" state, you have to see them in a regular place.

For me, that answer is no, she can't be too hot or pretty if it's something within the normal boundaries of what I would consider doing.
