Other than killers, 50 is the most ruthless entertainer when it comes to beef. He pretty much abandoned Bang em Smurf over beef. Left him in jail then broke in the Caribbean. He set Camron back years during their beef. He gave up at least one more solid season of BMF just to starve Big and Little Meechs. He set up Jimmy Henchman’s son to get assaulted and Jimmy ended up going to prison for life for retaliating with murder. He posted footage of Rick Ross’s BM fucking on a couch during a beef he was winning already. In this particular case, I don’t fault 50. Diddy literally pimped his BM. The thing about 50 is how cold he is doing it though. He likely paid a lot of money for the footage but will make it all back for a profit. He has the self control to make it appear that beef isn’t his motivation to do it too.

Jackson, in an appearance on “Good Morning America” on Monday, revealed his upcoming Netflix docuseries on Combs includes new footage Combs had commissioned in 2024 before his arrest that September on sex trafficking, prostitution and racketeering charges.In a short trailer released Monday, footage shows Combs speaking with his lawyers in September 2024 lamenting that “we’re losing,” while another clip shown on “Good Morning America” depicts Combs saying he needs “hand sanitizer” and a “bath” after he was “out in the streets amongst the people.”
Combs’ spokesperson Juda Engelmayer told the New York Times on Monday neither Combs nor his team gave permission to use the footage in Jackson's documentary, adding he is “deeply concerned” about “how this material was accessed and why Netflix chose to use it.”
Jackson and director Alexandria Stapleton did not say how they obtained the footage on “Good Morning America," but Jackson said he felt the footage sheds light on Combs’ character, adding he was surprised Combs had his legal troubles filmed.
Engelmayer told the Times that Combs was working on his own documentary before his arrest and was in discussions with Netflix, but faced “an issue” over how much creative control he would have.
Jackson and Stapleton also revealed the docuseries includes interviews with two jurors from Combs’ trial who will discuss how the jury reached its mixed verdict, which included convictions on two prostitution charges and acquittals on more serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

Netflix said the series will include “explosive, never-before-seen materials, including exclusive interviews with those formerly in Combs’ orbit.” Stapleton said last week the documentary is not just about Combs’ allegations, but is instead a “mirror [reflecting us] as the public, and what we are saying when we put our celebrities on such a high pedestal.”

if they own the footage or bought it from the photographer -they still wouldn't have full use of that footage until Puff signs a release
and that would be in the final contract -if seperate- thats still not something his lawyers would allow until every t were crossed in the contract
now imo -only knowing Puff from years of observing how he does business - I highly doubt Netflix owns any of that footage - filming in those private areas, Puff wouldn't let anyone have copyright of that
He would have hired the photographer on a for work basis and then only license parts of the footage he chose to Netflix
and again that wouldn't happen until money and terms were settled
