you can use a peanut canola vegetable blend to crisp them mfs. If it’s not how you want it spritz again and air fry for 10-15 mins
I ate camel before when I was in Qatar. It was good, but very gamey.

I have tasted Alligator, it was okay. I tasted Frog Legs and tome it does taste like chicken, I tasted Camel in Saudi Arabia didn't like it. I ate Elk, Bear and Reindeer. It was just okay. To this day I still haven't eaten Crawfish

I’ve had it with an overwhelming fishy taste and it’s not good that way. I see they say to cut away as much fat from it before you cook it. When I went to Gatorfest in New Orleans they had good gator and they had swamp ass tasting gator. If it’s too fishy I don’t eat much of it.

I was expecting something a little further out there than gator. I tried it, in of all places Detroit. Just to say I had, and it was just ok. Don't think I'd order it again.
Way way back there was a restaurant on the seaport that served it very well.
