The difference is the kid with the black eye and bruises isn't the aggressor. He allegedly fisted her and skeet in her mouth/face. That's physical evidence of rape.
I understand being in shock, but to me calling the pastor first and paying for it sounds like guilt.
I'm not saying she wasn't attacked, but what if a woman let me drive her home after a date, gave me a kiss at the door and texted me 30 minutes later to make sure I got home safe and says I raped her. Same story as the massage. Fisting, and oral. Would you believe I raped her?
No.
Going to a place of honest business, nobody SHOULD EVER expect someone to penetrate their vagina/anus/mouth and then be ejaculated on their face.

Say it as black and white and as explicit as this alleged act was.
Suppress the inner child in you that may find that funny, then read aloud what I just wrote above in red. Then you will see how fucked up that situation is.
Calling her pastor would obviously and apparently be done as the pastor is a trusted figure in her life. Imagine the shock of what happened to her. Can you not see how embarrassing it would be for her (a sad reality for most rape and sexual assault victims)?
That's not hard to understand.
Paying money after the incident, I have explained clearly in my previous post: (1) the alleged attacker was standing over her, which following an attack is a clearly intimidatory tactic and (2) she was likely in shock.
Have you not heard of people doing fucked up things when in shock? In a 'shock' situation your body will typically go into autopilot. This can (and does) include doing what is necessary to remove yourself from the situation without escalating it further (as you are still in the 'danger' situation).

Dude-- imagine being KNOWN as a rape victim. Your entire life and that's your legacy. Do you know how many women you google and that's on the first page of their results, if not the very top? Who wants that limelight? Its an absolute and uncontestable fact that sometimes people choose not to deal with that shit at the time. One of Franken's accusers wrote on Facebook that he "molested" her years ago, so her accusations are provably true. Honestly, look in the mirror and ask yourself who the fuck you are to determine the timetable for people to deal with this. And when you see those people running the country, it becomes harder to deal with and hold in than if it's some dude who worked at Wal-Mart five years ago and you don't know what happened to him.
It's just sad that some men are so anti-woman that they just invent reasons to dismiss and discredit them.
