Not just "a doctor" but a qualified specialist in this field. A lot of medical professionals do this kind of work as a side hustle. They sign up for a seminar (few hours)and they are now "trained" in this kind of procedure. You've got dentists and all kinds of other random folks trying to make bank off of this.
