I will always choose living around black people than non black people.
Depends on the suburb here where I'm at in WNY.
Some are Black/Brown friendly and diverse. Some for the most part aren't.
Only been to Wisconsin a few times, Kenosha to be exact, shopping the outlets in the early 2000s when I visited Chicago a couple times. Never made it up to Milwaukee.
. Here, Now even areas way way out are full of Black people. Places like Tracy where Mc Hammer lives which is like 2 hours from Oakland are mixed. You have to go extremely rural like the mountains to be in all white suburbs now . Most of the inner burbs close to the Bay Area now are mostly Asian. Whites fled after complaining their kids couldnt compete with test scores when Asians moved in.

Fillmore has always had Asians since it’s right next to Japantown. It’s full of crackas now though. But that’s the heart of Frisco not the suburbs so why you mentioning that .

Suburbs are a Ponzi scheme that cripples the state's tax base.
Here's how it works.
A developer calls the mayor and asks for permission to build single-family homes on undeveloped land. He's willing to pave the roads, build utility lines, lay pipes for sewer and water, etc. The mayor jumps at the opportunity.
For the first 5 years everything is great. The project creates dozens of jobs for the trades. The new resident's property taxes more than cover the maintenance. The mayor strolls to an easy re-election.
But what happens when the economy slumps and those new residents move to greener pastures? The city struggles to cover police, fireman, schools, and other services this community needs. Houses lay abandoned, crime skyrockets, potholes remain unfixed.
Even if the economy stays solid those roads and utility connections need replacing every 25 years. By then the money is gone and the mayor is out of office.
The new mayor inherits the crisis and doesn't know what to do. That's when he gets a call from a developer.

The state gets its biggest ROI from the folks crammed in tenements and studio apartments. Why wouldn't you pander to them?

same here in the burbs north of tha D...now all out in troy and surrounding area's are getting that work from groups of thieves
tearing the ass's in home invasions...fuck the burbs...while white folks are breaking there necks to move back into detroit...they cant
afford to stay out there...
How I've felt about the suburbs since I was a kid that lived out there for a short time and hated.
It's nothing more than a group of people thinking their paying for safety,peice of mind,drug free and immoral behavior when it's everything but that.Let something happen and they interview someone on the news and they usually say the samething "I would of never thought it would happen here in this community...".
She's right they don't know a damn thing about the city,they just sit on their asses and look at the news assuming all types of shit while the neighbors son is breaking into everyone's unlocked cars.
Uncle Sam helped them get out there and now their leaving cause they don't want to pay them taxes,the malls are closing and they want back into the cities.

As someone who grew up outside of the burbs and now live in one since I had a baby
I will tell you that I love the burbs
I can walk around my area at all times of day and night
4 beautiful parks with nice swimming pools
Nice greenery that people take care of
Good schools that I don’t have to worry about my child getting killed at
fairs and events and shows and plays
