running it on a compaq,presario.

1030-50series.

i tried to upgrade on the hp site.
and i got this error msg.
your system does not meet the minimum requirement for this update
update has been cancelled (9997)

You have to do a clean install. But what you can do is create a back up image of your current set up and if you don't like this version you can always restore your PC to the image you created. There very similar. Alot of tweaks, Registry tweaks, eye candy, themes, etc...

Found This one here The very top of the list or even Very Bottom of the list, have no idea if it will work but got nothing to lose as it seems nothing else is working either. Use right click / save as the zipped file 6.10.01.6030

Even though it says Vista sometimes a Vista driver script is written the same as Windows 7.

No i'm not new. I'm running windows seven now. I just don't want to uninstall my great version i have now for this and get caught. It's best to ask questions before you go diving into shit. Thats how mofo's get that windows watermark in the bottom right corner. :lol:
