Who steals underwear?

WANTED for ROBBERY:
On Friday January 22, 2021, at approximately 1130 hours, in the vicinity of Canal Street and Allen Street in Manhattan, a group of males and females assaulted the 26-year-old male victim and removed his cell phone, pants, underwear and shoes. During the assault the individuals cut the victim with an unknown sharp object. He suffered lacerations to his head, torso and hands. He was removed to NYC Health and Hospitals/Bellevue in stable condition. The individuals fled the scene inside of multiple vehicles.
Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD

They all knew what they were doing and why they were there. Off the top of my head he has either messed about with a kiddy (child molester/abuser) in a sexual manner or taken advantage of somebody else. It was not about stealing his underwear it was about dominating or humiliating.
