A 16-year-old student at Kenwood High School says he was handcuffed at gunpoint outside of school — all because of a bag of chips.Taki Allen was sitting with friends after football practice on Monday afternoon when armed police officers suddenly surrounded him.He says the officers pointed their weapons, ordered him to the ground, and detained him — a moment he says left him shaken and afraid for his life.
