When you get your 1st apt in NYC

Hey, I'm not going to diss your town New York, but if you like it I love it. I'm going to stay my ass in Medina, Ohio where $1140 gets me a 2545 sqft house
do you miss seeing black people? You living in a white Republican city with the nearest big city quite a distance away.

I've been looking at some of the "luxury" apartments in LIC and Manhattan, but fuck that $4k+/month. I have to look into some of the above-mentioned housing programs because this shit is ridiculous.

What the hell are you talking about?
:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Cleary you didn't understand one word I wrote
Hahaha, Do you need me to explain it again? Where did I say or insinuate to move into lower income areas?

I understand what your saying. And what your saying is contrary to what I have experienced and what I see everyone else saying. Regardless the question im asking someone who would want to live like this for life is why.

I do. There are a few black families on my street. But living in the city of Cleveland wasn't for me. Once my apartment got broken into and the cops took seven hours to get there , And did not take the crowbar in as evidence to leave in a fingerprint and find the perps I had to get away

, I can give a fuck whether a city of republican or not, I just want my TV to be in my house when I get back home.

I didn't forget about where I came from though. I'm working on my own pet project to restore some luster to the black community. It's taking a little bit longer than I hoped, but it is a damn good plan. I'll roll it out here to the board when it's closer to fruition

Some of the white militia are upset at the crowding of the inner cities and then the rich elite that are part of the click move to spacious places. There is a lot of game to life. If I had the money to I would be building apartments and houses with solar panels etc. Elijah had apartments and houses that he rented out to low income blacks. But life will never change as long as we are under the control of a certain force.
The American dream is to own a home with a garage and 2 cars. That dream is becoming more and more for the well controlled and those deeply asleep. Owning land is something not even dreamed about with the millions of homeless. They can only dream of at least renting a room for the present time.
When I lived in Tacoma Washington the rent was reasonable. In Reno Nevada the rent is reasonable depending on where you live. Reno is a hustling city. I believe I could be making a lot of money if I was there now.
Here in Alabama some of the brothers have got into the hustle of buying trailers and then fixing them up and selling them much higher. Our hustling is limited to the amount of money we start with and certain other elements.

I lived in NYC for 5 years, loved it, but that shit is so overrated and overpriced, I'd rather make less elsewhere and have more.

Yeah, there is "low income housing" but its usually in shitty areas and cats are still paying more for 400 square foot boxes than many of us down south or elsewhere are paying mortgages for a 2400 square foot home in nice ass neighborhoods.

I really believe Native New Yorkers can't get over the fact that NYC isn't the end all be all. Shit is great to visit but it sucks to live there if you want to own shit (home and car) and have peace of mind and get away from the concrete, steel and pavement.

Native Need Yorkers will hold onto NYC while many who moved there for a few years, worked or got educated bounced and never looked back.

Fuck living in that Matrix.

Well you DID NOT have to pay those outrageous amounts ESPECIALLY in 99'
You had no idea how to look for an apartment back then. You just looked in the paper or went to a realtor.
When you should have looked for NYC PRORAMS that seek working class people to put into apartments.
It's a WHOLE OTHER side to this that if you don't KNOW about you will get murdered in the pockets

Be funny as fuck when Meth heads take that TV. You act like you moved to Beverly hills. Lol
Good on you for giving back bro

Ya'll some gullible uneducated people.
I live in NYC you can certainly live in a decent spot without paying outrageous amounts of rent.
Especially if you DON'T make that much money. All these New luxury buildings and EVEN in TRUMP CITY (upper west side)
By LAW they have to allocate a certain amount of apartments for low income housing.
All these Cacs and idiots moving from other states get JIPPED by moving to Washington Heights and paying 3k
a month for an apartment that was getting $500 a month from the family BEFORE them.
Stop believing TV and websites and old wives tales....Hahaha You CAN find an apartment for a reasonable rate
Yes it will be more than if you lived in FagLanta but last I checked this is the biggest city in America

Lol, I keep my alarm on it every day. Last time I turned the alarm on and forgot to lock the door and my sister-in-law came by to pick something up, cops were there within five minutes.

I picked a house right by where the cops like to sleep at night or during the day. Not Beverly Hills, but the house across the street from me sold for $230,000 (midwest money) last year

And thanks for the props. I can't wait to push this plan forward
