RoadRage gonna be like GS gonna split with the top 3 teams next year. Cavs gonna win 55 games + or - 8, and either Lebron, Curry, or Harden gonna win the MVP. Quote Me!

Oh. It's going to be a different game for the Cavs. The East is trash and beating the Hawks in the ECF is nothing to brag about. I still have the Cavs winning it, but there will be moments where GS is stomping on their asses.

Yep, when they get on one of those rolls there's nothing that can be done about it. I do see a blowout or two, and odds are the Cava will be on the the wrong side of them...

Road Rage be like.... I bet you 100k Ray Rice doesn't run for 1500 yards in the 2015-16 NFL season.

It will likely be one of the first two games...just the emotional high from being in the Finals will play out and they'll have one great game...maybe even game 1...and they'll come back down to earth and the Cavs will steal game 2. The Cavs and also Lebron often start slow to open a series. Shit, I think D.Rose and the Bulls have beaten a Lebron-lead team in game 1 of every series theyve matched up..but that didn't end well for the Bulls.

lebron teams generally steal games on the road

Saw a stat recently but I am too lazy to go look for it

Been reading online and people seem to think that GSW is gonna drain like 20 threes a game against the Cavs heh

That's where experience and basketball iq come in. LeBron has been here before, and the teams has brought into him more than any other team. With Miami, he was with 2 established stars from the gate, but now, he has good players who for the most part are tasting real winning for the first time, so I don't think the bright lights will effect them as much. Adjustments game to game, and LeBron being the 'coach' on the floor MAY be the difference. As great as Curry is he hasn't YET shown he can lead a team through adversity. Having Barbosa as your most experience guy playoff wise isn't a good look because he doesn't see enough time on court...

Lebron-lead teams are good on the road. However, they start slow generally..at home or on the road. That's why I used the Bulls as the example. They've consistently beaten the bulls in the playoffs, but they've started every series in the hole...often losing game 1 on the road. The point was specifically about the START of the series.

Yeah, fools do act like the Cavs are glad to be here and are gonna just lay down...

Yep. A team with zero players with championship experience hasn't won a title since the 1991 Bulls.

Truth be told and I said it in that GSW-HOU series

Curry has not had to guard a soul in the Western conference playoffs and he has been going off.

Kerr has been able to hide him thus far.....

I doubt the Cavs let that happen

That was with the Miami Heat and that team was freakin stacked. A healthy wade that averaged 28 pts that year. LeBron averaged 29 and Bosh 18. Just the three of them alone would put up 80 plus pts..

I get what you are saying tho.

A hobbled kyrie and no love catches up to the Cavs. Defensively I think the Cavs are good enough to keep it close but no bench is something very hard to over come. And if GSW goes on a run that might be the ball game.

Turd's curse is worse than Lil B's.......its a wrap for Golden State.

The main thing I worry about is if GS will have the temperament to close things out like a veteran team would. Even in games 1 and 2 against Houston, they almost gave both of those away. They still won them, but they get sloppy with the ball and then they shoot so many jumpshots that it's a recipe for letting teams back in games.

People mentions LeBron but I think the most valuable person in the team which will decide the Cavs fate is JR Smith.

Which JR will show up in the finals. If he pulls a Harden(OKC) then the Cavs will get crushed and could be swept or 4-1

JR is the key to the entire series because if he does not score and play efficiently the Cavs have no bench scoring. Also JR must stay out of foul trouble because he has brain farts and commits dumb fouls.

Re: Warriors, Cavaliers Efficiency In Regular Season / Playoffs...ummm advantage Warr

Lebron doesn't have much of a post game now but he's big enough to just overpower smaller players. When the Heat lost to the Mavs in the playoffs, he had ZERO post up game...absolutely none..and he rarely caught the ball in the post with his back to the basket. Go sit your ass down man.. that's what beatdown was referring to.

Man I just stopped, dude be buggin

Vegas got GS taking it,, funny shit is Vegas was right when the Mavs took it then the heat and the Spurs.. Vegas usually 90% right on them bets

Never would make dilly guesses like that, I would say that there is a greater possibly of a hurricane striking the caraway than a major earthquake hitting California, based on the evidence. .. But would never make that claim if I didn't have the evidence to support my claim..

Re: Warriors, Cavaliers Efficiency In Regular Season / Playoffs...ummm advantage Warr

You guys do understand the concept of greater possibly, right?

That's a very simplistic way of looking at things and one that heavily favors star power. . Actually it's explains why you are always so damn wrong all the time.
Instead of look clubs like some fantasy baseball team adding stats to determine who's best (like some ESPN honky) why not, instead, look at clubs as a unit that emphasis in specialist and the tolls they play as a team. Now you put up the big three impressive numbers alone, and your fallacy is that you automatically assumed they would translate over seamlessly.
What you don't realize are the many subtle variable that goes into how they scored, variable the included how many shots they needed, where they like to shoot, did they create their own shots , the type of defense gave them trouble, etc. ..
On paper the first Heat team looked great , however they lacked a true center, athletics in key areas, no true point, no true rebounders, and horrible jump shooters..
In this age of zones and feakish hybrids with the body of forwards and wing spread of centers, couple with legal zones, no NBA team will ever win with out jump shooters...
Simply put that Heat team found out the hard way and was the reason why they immediately targeted Allen and also started thriving when Miller got healthy.
Also they got birdman and Cole other key role players that made the a more complete unit..

Re: Warriors, Cavaliers Efficiency In Regular Season / Playoffs...ummm advantage Warr

My question, is how different is what the Warriors do from what the Hawks do?

Re: Warriors, Cavaliers Efficiency In Regular Season / Playoffs...ummm advantage Warr

But I did not say in terms of players I said in terms of style of play.. Big difference..
Both teams use ball movement and the three point attack to stretch teams and they both have decant big men and decant defenders they could throw on a LeBron... Both teams scouting reports are similar, the big major difference of course is the Hawks tend to spread their scoring around a little more uniformly while the Warriors are top heavy with the two splash brothers.
The Cavs will play almost identical to how they played against the Hawks.

Re: Warriors, Cavaliers Efficiency In Regular Season / Playoffs...ummm advantage Warr

I think the Warriors have one wild card, and I said this before, that is Iguodala, because he has the tools to do things in terms of attacking the rim and disrupting the defense, however for some reason dude just has flashes and could never sustain long enough.. But I think they are going to really on him more vs the Cavs and he wild card factor is something the Hawks really lack, plus Livingston is another player used to playing eastern conference half court ball, so he too may be another player they will turn to more..

Re: Warriors, Cavaliers Efficiency In Regular Season / Playoffs...ummm advantage Warr

But enough of the over analyzing and speculating simply put who ever wins the rebounding will win the series.... Because with out the big rebounding edge the Warriors beat no one in the playoffs..
So betting on the Warriors is saying that you think the Warriors will out rebound the Cavs team..

Re: Warriors, Cavaliers Efficiency In Regular Season / Playoffs...ummm advantage Warr

BTW the last game the Cavs won the game and rebounds 51 to 44..

but nah...yall continue to take him seriously

I don't get why people don't think the lack of size will kill Golden State...

Green is 6'7''....matched up against Tristan Thompson, who with Mozgov should dominate.

Botton line,I can't believe a team, even with an unworldly Steph...that shoots that many threes, can do it 4 out of 7.

:confused::confused:

what lack of size?

bogut/lee/ezili are plenty size

and mosgov and thompson dominate through rebounding....

not scoring points down low.

rebounding is about effort.
