We don't have rules on BGOL, the moderators here generally take a "govern yourself accordingly" approach

But it has been said multiple times, by multiple people, that posting OF content on the main board can draw unwanted attention from content creators and/or their white knights

There isn't a written down rule telling kats not to post copyrighted music, movies, and games on the mainboard.

Some idiot either posted her shit on the main board or snitched. But that's why we stressed so much to put certain chicks in the basement for a reason but people don't listen and be too thirsty that they put it on the main board and then HNIC gets a notice of a chick wanting her content to be taken down.

My guess is her contact wasn't renewed and the bills kept rolling in. These stations roll anchors in and out of the mix all the time and don't say a word. One minute you see a cutie, and before you know it, you don't see them anymore. I used to mess with Tia Ewing circa 2011 when I still lived in Michigan. She's married now and has a kid. Put on some weight also but she was EXTRA right at the time. That business is cut throat.

you are correct I worked in the industry and they will roll you out of there without hesitation and bring in a cheaper version of you. As a matter of fact, most people don't really need a degree in the field ( I didn't have one at that time). Pay ain't shit in TV

Sounds right to me. You have to be there for many years to actually break bread. The anchor I was dating also mentioned how catty the female coworkers can be. When the pay is good, it's great! There isn't really an in-between. Being seen on TV doesn't equate to being paid.

She was working at a local affiliate in Flint, MI and when I'd go see her, (I was working as an electrical engineer in Detroit), I would be in the studio after hours as she worked on stories trying to meet deadlines. Had a badge that gave her access to the building anytime. We'd be the only ones in there most of the time. The amount of shit she worked on outside of work hours was surprising.
