Him getting defensive saying “That is a terrible question” and his tone showed what his true intent and mindset on black people.

You missed the point. While his statement is true, more whites are killed by cops, people will respond the way you did and others in this post.
You would think that a person of his level would have more wisdom. Speaking on a sensitive topic will always get an emotional response. It just was not smart to by Trump to respond that way.
In a perfect world a President should be all lives matters but they should be wise enough to speak carefully on sensitive situations because you don’t won’t it to appear you are neglecting people’s feelings
