all he had to do was get the door open and turn the cylinder,

I should post the jack to remove the Gas meter lock.

Trick to remove a boot from your whip.
I guess not getting tickets or paying your fines is harder than removing the boot..... and risking getting it towed to the yard next time you park OR DRIVE your car if a cop randomly runs your plate...... sure....remove the boot and get the sure fire convenience of a few hundred in extra fines and your whip towed.... the pure genius of that strategy.... if the smart mofos were actually smart enough to come up with good shit and not illegal shit.... I love it when people are so smart.... they're stoopid
If you are illegally parked and you don't pay immediately, your vehicle may be towed. If the boot doesn't have a keypad, you have been booted by the NYPD for illegal parking. The NYPD has the authority to tow your vehicle even if you don't owe any outstanding tickets.

These car boots are designed to punish the poor and low-income as those who can pay the fine would only be inconvenienced. For those who can’t pay the fine or for whom the fine would be a burden, these things are tools of economic injustice.
how about not parking illegally...... or consider taking public transportation if your shit's so jacked up till you straighten shit out.... clowns always blaming shit on "punishing the poor and low income".... So if you remove the Boot your car is still on record for a non-moving violation? and if you remove the Boot you get tagged with the destruction of City Property a no-win situation.
Exactly. The first thing they do is write down your info when they see your car. You can pay a little now or pay a lot later. If you keep the car and remain in the state with the same ID you're gonna have to face the music eventually.
