I just got my annual physical today. Everything is good to go, so, I should be here, barring an accident, to bug the shit out of you assholes for a minute. My doctor did tell me to dial back the running a bit. Guys, go get that physical. You can't ock if you're dead. :D Besides, I'm getting fucking sick of RIP threads! :( Go get it done, guys.

I get mines yearly, united healthcare and Aflac give me money at the end of the year for getting an annual physical.

Yeah. I've got ex athlete knees, and I'm too stupid to know my limit.
A good pair of running shoe from a dedicated running store really helps, Ive had 4 knee surgies, torn acl/mcl, broken femur, plus microfracture, but the running shoes make I big difference plus running on a dirt surface

I've been running in Adidas Boosts lately, and they've been working for me. I like them more than my Nike Flyknits.

I run in the Brooks Glycerin, I Love then, whenever your in the market for something new to run in think about getting that analysis or the days you don't run jump some rope since its easier on the knees since both feet hit the ground in unison.

Go to your Ortho and ask for orthovisc... I get injections in both my knees every 6 months...each shot is a lil expensive but it is worth every dollar

Man it's funny you made this thread. I was just talking to my ol lady the other day after she had her yearly exam and it came back great. We are both over 40..she is a lil older than I am but we both are in great health.
