Damn!! It took me two views to get thru the whole vid.. I saw what was coming at first... Anyway, that happens alot.. When Im driving or getting in my car, by biggest fear is running over or backing over a little kid!! Most new cars have backup cameras and they should have one up front when you start the car!!!
yeah in China. I think there is a loop hole in vehicular accidents. If a person survives a hit and run. The person in the car can be held liable. If they die,their not liable.
