I'm shocked the driver survived.
They got him out the truck, he was in pain but standing up yelling crazy shit in Spanish.
That shit went on for over 2 hrs!!
It started at 6:22 and he got arrested around 8:30!!

So now I understand the movies like HEAT could be real. A small group of skilled and organized shooters would make mincemeat out of LA cops.
I’m no cop but that seemed like very low cohesion. Very disorganized. Poor communication even with all that equipment. They need to train at least a few times a year for various scenarios.
Seemed like only the commander on the scene had the experience.
