New York should have been doing a regular united effort at least 6 times a year to get rid of them instead of just living with them. A pellet gun would get a lot of them.

yup they have been putting chips in different animals and ones the rats size and smaller. It is of no concern to the people that do not live in these areas. In fact seems like the government (the ones at the top and those that control them) are more concerned about keeping control of the masses and spying on the masses. They actually have bugs that can fly around us an record what is going on and no one would ever know it because they look like insects.
