I titled this post "White Jena 6" because it deals with a 3 on 1 fight in a high school. There are no similarities with the Jena 6 situation in regards to the circumstances that led up to the fight, nor in the outcome. The purpose of this post is to ask the question would white people go along with their own children being sent to prison for 20 some odd years for a school fight (?).....and if so.....they should start with these students below.

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. -- Portsmouth police said three teenaged students beat a fellow student during lunch hour at Portsmouth Regional High School.

Police said the victim was beaten until his was unconcious, and had to be hospitalized.

The charges in the case have been upgraded from simple assault to second-degree assault.

Mark Barlow Jr., Alexander Harding, and Zachary Chevalier are being charged as adults. They were released on bail to their parents.

Police are investigating a motive.

they were never charged with attempted murder from the outset..in fact according to the article their charges had to UPGRADED to a more serous offence not downgraded from the most serious to a less charge.

and white people don't have the same issue of being consistently overcharged or recieving harsher penatlies and sentences for crimes against people of color..this crime seems to be white on white..
