Its new because tha cacs are up in Harlem fulltime now, so when the summer swings around they are there when you want a drink and coolatta they try anything. it was said before the you got it from a store downtown first.(downtown from harlem) then someone you knew learned how to make the shit and hit everyhood. now everyone and their mama make it.
