Substitute Teacher Assualts Middle School Student After Being Called The N Word

Police are investigating a substitute teacher after he was accused of assaulting an eighth grade student.

The boy told school officials the teacher, Brett Russell, slammed the student to the ground.

The whole thing was captured on video at Bernard Black Elementary.

The mother of the boy who was pushed said she was called at work, and told that the teacher body slammed her eighth grade son to the ground.

She said police investigated, but they did not arrest the teacher, and she wants to know why.

The student involved did not want to speak on camera, but he admitted that he called the teacher a racial slur before the take-down.

No charges for that teacher and if the kids mother knew better she would be thankful he did that instead of braking his jaw.

Definitely don't condone the teacher's actions. No self-control whatsoever.

Just write a report describing the child's behavior and use of the n-word. Plus, you have the other students to corroborate the story and that kid would have been in big trouble.

I've had students call me all kinds of unimaginable things: Nigga (er), bitch, motherfucker, asshole, punk ass bitch, bitch ass nigga, cuz, blood, slob ass nigga, pussy, and the list goes on...

The kid is being raised improperly, though. And that's a lesson learned for him. He could have really fucked that kid up.

Shit, if one of my students ever attacked me, I'm falling over like a bitch. I'll probably just get promoted to the admin team while the child gets arrested.

Okay the mom states in the clip that she doesn't care what words comes out of a childs mouth cause no one should put their hands on a child like that. The problem with that statement is that if she was raising her kid right he wouldn't be using the word ******* in the historical malicious context. He's in the 8th grade so he's about 13 yr old, at that age he should know right from wrong, so he knew what he was doing.

He would have gotten his ass kicked in life at some point if he the word ******* is in his vocabulary, soon or later. I guarantee he will think twice before ever using that word again.

That statement in highlighted in bold is a very dangerous precedent though. Kids will then stand in line by the dozen to test you though if that is u'r reaction to a situation like that.

The teacher was dumb as hell for putting hands on a child but no way in hell I want a brother to lose his job so an apparent racist family can get "justice"/satisfaction.
