No one was near the bat. You can see it on the ground when his teammates got up. I always spun the bat when I made a homerun.

Tossing an aluminum bat that far in the air like that? Yeah, no one got hurt this time, but you know kids would try to copy it when they hit a home run the next time. That's not what you want those kids to be doing cause at some point someone COULD get seriously hurt. There is no need to toss the bat 20 feet in the air like that.
