Man, folk talking about suing cruise ships. It’s laughable. You are dealing with an international cartel. Them muthafuckas are not subject to american law. They are bases in some remote location in the Swiss Alps where it’s damn near impossible to bring suit. Americans have to bring their claim in Florida and have a very strict notice requirement to even get the shit in court. Remember that cruise case where the grandfather supposedly dropped the kid through an open window on the ship and she fell to her death? Dude sued and ended up with a criminal charge. They don’t play.

I went on one out of New Orleans once. It was a group there for a family reunion. They made themselves at home, to say the least. And I was stuck with them for 5 days with no escape….shit was dicey.
