Scarface on the guitar...

Sweet Guitar, I scrolled through the entire bitch and didn't see him really play.
Did I miss something :dunno:

HNIC

The white man is more fickled about a rapper knowing how to play guitar and knowing rock bands than anything.

One reason why I never clown or talk down on Flavor Flav is because I remember watching an interview or some documentary on them and Chuck D was saying how when he first Met Flav he saw him at the college radio station playing instruments, the piano, guitar, flute and all types of shit playing his ass off just to find out that he wasn't but like 16 and a weird dude walking around with a bowling ball bag.Just to learn that he had finished high school early he was above average....I always say this about him to remind people that Flav's no fool,he's playing the part.

Peace,

Yeah, but he's been playing that part for decades. At what point is that just who he is?

My nigga Brad. That's no bullshit - we used to think he was on some extra shit when we would all be outside playing hot ball and his ass was in the garage on his music. My Mama got a pic of us back in the gap - little niggas in nut huggers and long ass tube socks! LOL! Sunnyside, bitches!

Real talk musicians are some of the coolest and happiest people I know, especially when black kids get into it, it almost seems to unlock something in their soul...

Uuuuuuuuuuuuuh... I am trying to be supportive, but this
is inadequate. Not only does he barely play, but what he
plays is too rudimentary...I mean, this shit is not as if Black
Americans never played guitar before. There have been some
excellent ones...Wes Montgomery was a very good Black
American guitarist, and every young black American should
know all the riffs of Wes by heart. This is where the starting
point should be..

I like scarface when he talks about his god. I like him even more after his god has spoken to him.

Whose teeth is worse: brad, or the other guy?

In Africa, no family can afford to buy a kid a guitar,,,
The kid and his friends make their own musical
instruments, case closed. Here in America, we are
swimming an ocean full of musical equipment, but
for whatever reason, the young black Americans
fear musical instruments.... Wes Montgomery
primarily plucked with his right thumb. Any guitar
instructor will tell you that it is "wrong", but Wes
was one of the greatest guitarists in history, and he
started teaching himself guitar at the age of 19.
The love and application to the instrument allowed
him to develop a brilliant technique of his own
