Its not about the hardware at all.......get me a Galaxy phone that can run iOS and I'm there!(this also applies to PC, get me one that can run Apple's OS and I'll dump my MacBook Pro in a second!)
The entire eco-system (iOS, iTunes, one centralized app store, the way Apple devices work seamlessly with each other, etc...) that Apple has created works very well.

As far as innovations go, no smart phones would have their current form factor had it not been for them copying the iPhone's.

Beyond that, they copy back and forth. That's nothing new to tech. For the last few years Apple has used a simple touch ID to make purchases or for the few times you currently have to validate anything. It's sheep shit to YOU because you don't relate. I had Android phones just like you had an iPhone. I prefer the iPhone. If you prefer Android, cool. Get what you're happy with.

i cant fuck wit how good apple is for music shit....... & for video.... outside of that... shit is for people IN the apple GROUP think pod lmfao. android is like a car you can fuck wit... sup it up in ways the manufacture didnt think of... Apple computer hardware is the standard for a video, music and design industries as well as many others.
Now if you are speaking on phones in particular, the phones carry over much of the same tech as the computers - most notably the sound engine. Like Lexx Diamond said, the ecosystem and iOS is a big draw. Both run smooth as silk.

Bottom line is, either it's your bag or it's not.

All I need is for my devices to do what I need them to do - and to do it well.
