2) Red flag law
3) Under 21 can still buy a gun but have to go extra background check
** maybe ask if they have a girlfriend. Or better yet have the girlfriend appear in the gunshop and cosign for it.
4) Money for mental health care
None of these new rules would've stopped Grocery/School shooting (unless they included the girlfriend part)
