What about those of us who are underemployed, unskilled, uneducated and unemployed? They need jobs! Expecting everyone to be a boss and employer is pie in the sky bullshit. Most people will always be employees. And when contracts are awarded we need to insure they are awarded to people from the community and when businesses conduct business in our neighborhoods we need to insure that those jobs are being filled by members of the community.
And they get unskilled labor until they're undercut by united migrants! Even the coveted fast food jobs aren't sacred. You're right but we need to align our priorities. Being competitive and not complacent is where it's at.

I know one brotha with a Landscaping business and tried to start out with doing the shit legally by hiring other brotha's and whites. He couldn't get no one to work a bit above the minimum wage. He decided to hire latino's (legal or not), and he's made a profit, has loyal workers in 90 degree temps, and is not having any of them complain about shit to include money.

Thread is another reason I’m not mad when they get deported. The power structure got smart and imported so many pro-white coons that have blended in or we natives could evict all of the whites out of our land too. I'm pro-union/anti-scab, but Truth has a good point. The same rich people who hire undocumented laborers or turn their back when undocumented people are hired for their cheap labor, be all up in the RNC talking about BUILD THAT WALL!!! They need to be exposed. Airing out undocumented workers, who at the end of the day, are just trying to earn an honest buck, is low hanging fruit.

Businesses will hire on what the job’s pay is worth and not what you’re asking.
I recently had an open position in my office for the first time and I was shocked how people were demanding all types of ridiculously high pay. I eventually filled the position with a Mexican girl who had all the skills and qualifications and were both happy.
If you throw in wages then I can agree with you but there are many jobs that so-called black people are qualified to do (IT field for example) that are constantly passed over in favor of a Asian immigrant and most of them are as lazy and mediocre intellectually as the Neanderthal. Indians are the go-to minority in tech fields and are starting to progress faster in Fortune 500 executive roles faster in 20 years than so-called black people have done in 150.
United we stand, divided we fall. There's a simple fix for all of this. Create and SUPPORT our own and we can begin the process of building a economic base. Once strong enough and sustainable, we can influence policies regarding blk construction contracts with the city.

When shit went down in the 90's and they started building shit back, they tried to squeeze out the blacks. After a while, all the businesses left and the shit dried the fuck up.

the average salary for the type of job that i do is around 100k - 115k/yr
but if a mexican or anybody else for that matter, comes along and say they're willing to do it for 75k.....that company will hire them instead.
i've had companies try to lowball me before. they'll post that salary is one thing, then in the interview say its something thats way lower.
