Post a vid from a youtube rabbit hole you are currently going down!

I saw a promo commercial yesterday and I was thinking it was a rather odd billing, especially with Rick Astley...WTF? Did he have another hit that I don't know about? I didn't even let the ad play out.:giggle:

The song was actually catchy and I liked the concept.

Damn, we old. I recognized every one of those acts.

This...

was shockingly not bad!!!

They obviously studied the song & kept in the spirit of the original.

Even did the melodies & harmonies correctly (except the "down, down, down, down, down" near the end....they did it together when it's supposed to be twice by one, twice by another, with the other still doing it & then the last singer finishes along with the others).

The jazz break was cool.

I thought the first lady was the one but shorty at the end actually sung the song like a soul singer.

It's scary how out of breath they was...a testament to MJ's conditioning.

And if they gonna make this a standard....they need to DANCE!!! How you gonna perform this song & not boogie!! It's just ain't right! Give me more than a slow 2 step. At least shake down to the ground & come back up! Even countryfied, it's still makes you wanna dance.

I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING   They aint got to Debbie Allen it but theyre choreography needs to be a bit tighter than that..at least for that song.

But their like a regional corporate party/bar/cover band....which means theyre only going to so far as a unit so as long as the songs themselves are tight enough they can slack on the movements. no one at Amazon's Xmas party is really paying attention to them like that anyway :giggle:
