I used to eat that garlic flatbread in Afghanistan but I can't remember what it was called there (Roti or Naan, maybe?). There was also this potato and meat served with it that tasted like a Pasty or Yakimandu from Korea.
That was good eatin.' :p

Roti and naan are both great. Growing up my mom used to buy lots of pita bread and that too was great to toast up and dip in baba ghanoush (spelling?) or hummus.

Over the years now, been enjoying buying a few brands of naan and green onion pancakes. Cook them at medium heat until they’re just right. They go well with lots of stuff.
