WINTER GARDEN, Fla. —
The Winter Garden Police Department is conducting a homicide investigation after a man was shot and killed on Thursday.
Police said they responded to a residence located at 1031 Horizon St. in reference to a person who was shot.
Upon arriving, they found a man lying next to an ATV. He was pronounced dead by officials.
The victim was identified as Ja'Keem DeShun Williams, according to police.
Investigators determined that there was a disturbance about an ongoing issue with people riding motorcycles and ATVs in the apartment complex, and a subject had fired a gun at the motorist.
The suspect accused of shooting Williams was identified as 57-year-old Ralph Francis Hensel, according to police.
