The Apprentice star told the president that the three high-profile personalities are the 'biggest threats to sow discord in the African American community against the White House agenda,' sources have told DailyMail.com exclusively.
The 43-year-old who now works on Trump's communication team, was once close pals with Ryan, Martin and Bryant, but is now monitoring them because of their political differences.
The reality star turned-political aide regularly partied with Martin, a former CNN contributor, during the annual Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Conference every September - but reportedly turned on him after he made bold anti-Trump commentaries.
Her friendship with Ryan came to an end after the CNN contributor advised Manigault against taking a job at the White House.
She also cut things off with Bryant after he supported Senator Bernie Sanders for the 2016 presidential election.
'It's shocking that three people she once considered her close friends are not just her personal nemeses, but she's always bashing in meetings with senior White House staff and has her team keeping a dossier on each of them,' one source revealed.
When contacted by DailyMail.com, Manigault denied that she is carefully monitoring the three high profile personalities.
'Roland Martin and Jamal Bryant are both friends of my friends,' she said. 'Pastor Jamal Bryant has been a friend for many years and even appeared on a reality TV Show (TV-One Newtwork) that co-producer and starred in for Trump Productions, the Ultimate Merger and Roland Martin and his wife are both long time friends who I have immense respect for.
'April Ryan was a friend for nearly 20 years Unfortunately our relationship ended after it was disclosed in the WikiLeaks emails that she was unethically coordinating media strategy with John Posdesta [sic] for the Clinton Campaign.'
Talk of keeping dossiers on enemies is not foreign to Manigault, who told Ryan during their explosive blowup outside the oval office in February that the administration was keeping dossiers of 'negative information' on 'several journalists' they found problematic.
But according to sources close to the administration, it's actually Manigault herself who is keeping these dossiers and the three primary ones are of Ryan, Martin and Bryant.

He has made a career over 'calling it like he sees it,' supporting Democratic issues and policies and was accused during the Democratic National Party email hacking of leaking questions to acting DNC Chairwoman Donna Brazille to benefit Hillary Clinton before a TV One/CNN joint town hall broadcast.
Bryant, a Baltimore-based civil rights activist and pastor of The Empowerment Temple Church, is a progressive liberal who supported Senator Bernie Sanders during the presidential campaign. A proud Democrat, Bryant was appalled about Manigault jumping onboard to support Trump during the campaign.
Ryan has never shared her political affiliation as a hard news journalist.
Both Democratic Congressman Elijah Cummings and Michael Steele, the first African-American chairperson of the Republican National Committee, wrote blurbs for Ryan's book The Presidency in Black and White: My Up-Close View of Three Presidents and Race in America.
Regardless, Manigault accused her of being a secret Hillary Clinton supporter as their friendship crumbled during the campaign leading up to the 2016 presidential election.

'Omarosa can be very much like Trump when it comes to having an open mind. Things are very black and white with her and if you don't support whatever it is she's doing, she makes an enemy out of you and that's what happened to April,' the source explained.

She was equally as close to Bryant, who co-hosted the short-lived Fox daytime talk show The Preachers. The two were such good friends that Bryant served as spiritual adviser on the dating show Omarosa starred on, The Ultimate Merger.
Trump actually executive produced the dating series, which aired on TV One, that showed Manigault searching for love and Bryant helping her scout the men.
'Omarosa often spoke at Jamal's church. He appeared on her reality show. They were as close as two platonic friends can be.
But he was a huge Bernie Sanders supporter and though she initially campaigned for Hillary Clinton, she changed over to supporting Trump and all hell broke loose,' the source added.
Back in 2015, Bryant said in a statement that a group of 100 Black preachers that Manigault organized to meet with Trump were nothing more than 'prostitutes' simply seeking 'their 15 minutes of fame.'
The prominent preacher then doubled down in a follow-up CNN interview where he declared: 'I want to apologize because prostitutes get money. And the 100 that went in there walked away with nothing. They did it for free. So there's another word for that and I would not use that language on the family channel.'
Manigault, according to the source, took the comment personally and even confronted Bryant about it when she appeared on The Preachers in the summer of 2016. But he called her his 'sister,' though adding they definitely disagreed politically but could coexist despite that.
