The next time someone complains about how much a dish cost at a restaurant, think of this! Much respect to the workers behind the scenes! Yummy

Imma still complain! It don’t take all that to prepare food. All I want is seasoned fried chicken with Mild Sauce and fries, preferably crinkle cut.

Believe it or not.... you don't have to with some.....with farm raised, I believe that they don't feed them for a few days or a week before they're killed.... I've checked when I buy them.... their guts be completely empty

sidebar: you don't actually think that someone's deveining those lil dime sized salad shrimp do you?

Also:
You can't eat shrimp that hasn't been deveined. If you were to eat the shrimp raw, the thin black “vein” that runs through it could cause harm. That's the shrimp's intestine, which, like any intestine, has a lot of bacteria. ... So it's all right to eat cooked shrimp, “veins” and all.

There was a spot we used to hit up in L.A. that had something like this. They were called "Angel wings", and they were good.

Big in Houston. Except stuffed with boudin, dusted with flour and fried home style.
Now that I've watched the video.... another basically useless video without a list of ingredients ... what was the binder used for the shrimp mousse? What were a lot of the other spices? Looks good.... but I hate this useless mod faggot...:hmm:

No way that @Dr. Truth don't have a recipe for this...... post it if you've got one sir cause OP is useless....save this thread

I can see the farm-raised shrimp being fed stuff to clean them out but shrimps are still basically carrion-eaters.

I use the cocktail shrimp in some dishes and I devein them, can't speak for anybody else.

I don't care what anybody says, I'm not eating shrimp with black backs.

And you know damn sure ain't no chinese restaurant spending for farm-raised, cleaned-out skrimps. lol

You can see the vein through the shells/skin..... as long as it's clear/clean.... I'm good with it....

I hate & despise when a food video/recipe's posted.... with no fucking list of ingredients.... I can pretty much eyeball the amounts...... but it's useless for nothing but getting you Jonesing for it without it

.

Probably ain't that bad if you're doing half that amount for you and your girl

.
True, but it's been a minute since it was just about me and my girl / wife!!! For me when I'm in the kitchen, which is usually every Sunday dinner, I'm cooking for "family" and maybe a few guests. There's just no way I'm gonna prep all those chicken wings that way. Now you'll get'em fried, not a problem, I keep'em on deck for that, but Hell to tha Naw Naw Naw on all that other madness. It's just not happen'n for playa!!!
