I make the argument that if Buckshot had a Dame Dash behind him instead of Dru-Ha you would have never heard of Jay-Z. Nothing against Dru cause nobody has really ever left outside of passing away so there is a level of loyalty, but you can't tell me that Jay is a better artist than Buckshot!!! Hell Sean Price is dragging Jay.

Yeah i was out there during Thanksgiving. So many new buildings have gone up. Looks good though. Of course it's heavily gentrified. A lot of the spaces that were empty during the 90s and early 2000s have been fixed up and made into luxury Apts. Even more on the way. I lived on 20th right across from where the ice skating rink was and opposite an empty lot that was empty since I was born. They just built some new buildings there.
That's the part I hate
I like that the hood looks better "safer"
The little cross streets STILL nothing to play with but I wish it was more affordable housing or opportunities for black folk to own property or start business there now.

Probably cause of those prices.
Last time I went (this summer past), the prices was high as giraffe pussy.
They probably $5 more now that all food products went up.
