Music Mogul & Entrepreneur Rihanna has stepped down as the CEO of her brand Savage Fenty and hired Hillary Super to run the company as the new CEO. Rihanna made the decision herself with the goal to “Take the Business to the next level expanding Beyond E-commerce”

"Fenty" is still a private company.....a recent article states they were hoping for a $3 Billy IPO......

I imagine there's a very short list of Black women in that industry that will help command that.....

Hell that white woman might be on the short list of women period that can........

I don't know, they say I'm supposed to congratulate RhiRhi.....so congrats

She stepped down from being CEO and hired that white lady. But ok...

I'd venture to guess her being "CEO" was more for appearances to be honest. Because folks ate it up that she OWNED the company, just like morons talked about Jay-Z owning the NETS when he owned .000000000002% of the teams. But folks in Brooklyn bent over when the powers that be paraded him out..lol I bet Fenty sales wouldn't be anywhere near what they are if Rhi wasn't involved or looked at as the owner/ceo.

It's sad that black people are being used as slaves to help these CACs brands making them rich when they could've did it themselves and kept all the money. But since this is out, a lot of people could stop supporting the brand.

She got filthy rich in the process, not the "billionaire" status that they kept pumping out there but still rich.

Just look at Jay-Z dude let the media continue to pump out that he was an owner of the Nets, while he was in fact an owner his stake was such a small % that he was never consulted on a damn thing. But I saw people call folks haters for saying that he owned a minuscle % & folks in Brooklyn fell for his bs and allowed the arena to be built which still hasn't really benefited the minorities up there. They also base his net worth on ownership of various companies & talk about his as if he is the sole owner of these companies, but just about all his owns a % & that part is never talked about.

She made good money with that but we that knows business know it's not her company she's just the face of the company
She took the Jay-Z approach, by telling her fanbase that she owned the company (the quality of product must of been good) and they ate it up. It's a win for Rihanna

No. She isn’t. Good guess but you are wrong and in the fashion industry there are very capable black women but the industry is racist as fuck.

Ok. We can discuss it though. No we aren't going to understand 100%.
Time will tell.

It is her company.
Just like your house is your house.

So she don’t even control what happened? She is a spokesperson with some equity. Is someone the majority stake??
