Don't NORMAL people ...and DEFINITELY truck drivers...check their side mirrors at least every couple of minutes ???? Especially to check for PoPo ???
AND....he had the fucking nerve to be pissed about it....bitch was STILL sitting in his cab after he pulled over and others were walking up...wasn't even concerned about the well being of the other driver !!!!!

sidebar: help with the embed....I couldn't get this shit to work !!!!

It doesn't take very long for new drivers to grow accustomed to sharing the road with semi-trucks. But even veteran wheelmen (and wheelwomen) can still get a little shiver when a massive tractor trailer flies by close enough to make their car tremble like a leaf. Think about it this way: the weight difference between an 80,000-pound 18-wheeler and a 4,000-pound car is the same as the difference between that two-ton automobile and a 200-pound person. When trucks and cars interact, the truck almost always wins.

One driver recently found that out the hard way, when he wound up having his car tangled up with the rear end of a semi-truck...and then was reportedly dragged possibly as far as four miles, according to the video's description.

Among the people who appear to have seen this act of vehicular mayhem is one Brian Steimke, who captured it on video and posted it on his Facebook account on Wednesday night. Based on the description, the incident appears to have taken place on Interstate 15 in California. The truck—a tandem-trailer—appears to have hooked its rear wheels into the red Nissan, leaving the car's driver honking his horn in a vain attempt to be noticed.

Not long after Steimke starts recording, however, the truck driver finally pulls over...only to claim he didn't know the car was there.

In a world rife with viral videos, this one's definitely worth checking out. Check it out below.

Going home coming up the freeway on the 15 and this is what I saw wow intense the poor guy got drug at least 4 miles

I've actually seen something like this happen right in front of me. One hundred percent the fault of the driver. She hit the truck from behind and got caught in the tire area.

The noise and angle of the truck and tiredness of the truck driver makes it difficult for him to notice.

I hear you bro. I'm giving the driver a pass for the initial accident only. As far as the dragging of the car four miles. I'm not so quick to let that slide.

I'm just saying that I kind of understand why the driver might not have seen the dragging vehicle. When we say "four miles" it is a hell of a lot more daunting than saying "four minutes", which is not a long time.

But I do catch your drift. I might be a little bias, having come from a logistics management background. :dunno:

Most people have no idea how powerful a tractor is. That little Nissan and it's weight doesn't mean shit to a tractor already hauling over 50,000 pounds. The truck was steady going up and around a major hill going to the right so seeing something on his rear left comes with great difficulty. I bet that Nissan driver fucked up.

My question is why he wanted him to stop recording? The first thing I do it start recording and take pictures during and after a accident!

I've had a truck driver swerve in my Lane tires ran over the passenger door broke the mirror fucked the door up and the rim and headlights and front grill was gone I was in a rental out of town at that I start recording him he haled ass I caught him at a truck stop (someone saw him and followed him) he swore he didn't do it he been sleeping for hours! I took pictures of the truck his license his tags and anything else I thought would help. Police came but said it was nothing they could do since he was parked at a truck stop and question was I sure it was that truck. I emailed Alfa everything I had taken and Alfa sued the shit out of the trucking company they fix the rental I was in and their lawyer kept calling trying to twist it every time they call but I just hung up on their ass!

I can see both sides of this. truckers can be assholes .....when they tired, long hauling, running on a deadline, overworked, jacked on caffeine/whatever.....so yeah they don't have time to screw around and they are scope locked on whats ahead of them, trying to make it on to their destination. My uncle drove trucks for 20 years and he ALWAYS SAID regardless of how YOU feel, the truck ALWAYS have the right of way. let them have bc they are extremely powerful and that F=(m)(a) is no joke! I have seen what they can to cars first hand...unrecognizable. so they are not worth it to piss off or challenge on the highway. They are known as king of the road for a reason.
that little car had to have fucked up somewhere along the line to get hooked on the side of the truck like that...still the trucker should always continuously check them mirrors.

i use to drive trucks so i know how powerful they are and i will admit some truck drivers are assholes just like some taxi drivers, nissan driver looks like he got to close and got caught up

Road rage. Ive never driven a big rig, but I have driven those 20 foot box trucks and yeah... People piss you the fuck off with how little respect they give trucks. Cut you off, slam on brakes, dont signal, dont pay attention to what theyre doing. I swear people like to play tough in their little ass cars because they think they have the law on their side. So Im guessing this person was right, was pissed off of people being dicks and just said fuck it.

how could he not know????? im sure other drivers passed by & told him..... or another trucker said something to him on the cb radio....

Bet that 4 miles felt like 40 to the driver in the car being dragged. Probably needed to go straight and change his boxers

Oh HELL NO!!don't fall for the OKEY DOKE dat mofo in da truck KNEW that Mexican was being drug,I strongly suspect he cut him off and this was a case of "yeah, now look at you fucker".Look at the damage on the car,you clearly see big impact, and it was LOUD and the SMELL of burning rubber is pungent.Big ups to the driver,I know how he felt!

This is the rule I live by on the road with those big ass motherfuckers: even if they are wrong, they are right. I always give them the right away. If I see them about 2 or wanting to turn with their turn signals on I will flash my brights to let them know that it's okay to make the turn.

I don't try to speed up and get by them because I'm scared end up like this guy or worse. They could in my life without even feeling it and I drive a Kia Sportage
