Mix each of the following lemonade diet ingredients into a large glass:

2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Rich Maple Syrup
1/10 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper Powder – or to taste (as much as you can stand)
8 ounces (250 milliliters of Pure Water)


I'm on day 9 and I'm GUCCI.

I was about 254 when I started. I just weighed myself and I'm at 238 lbs.! :eek: :cool:

I'm 6'2" and been skinny most of my life until hustling had me living a sedentary lifestyle and my metabolism slowed down. I slowly gained weight over a 5 year period.

I started back running yesterday, and I'm finna go running now... nuttin but 2-3 miles of walk/run.

I'ma stop after tomorrow, my tenth day, because I miss food :(. I miss the taste of different stuff, salmon, snapper, chicken soup, bbq sauce.

I'ma still be eating some stuff like buffalo wings & burgers, but in moderation. I could go 6 months without eating a burger, but every now and then I want me a good one :D

The longest I've done the Master Cleanse is 21 days straight. I detox about 3 or 4 times per year.
 
I'v done it, 10 days, Highly recommended, old clicks and pains that i had since high school are gone. clear thinking...etc...but I believe it should be thought of as a detox and not a diet...The weight loss is a great side effect of said detox...

Then microwave it for 5/6 minutes on high and watch out for the water to boil so that the steam fills the microwave. The condensed steam will help soften the messy food items. Then take out the bowl and carefully clean using a towel.
28. Sometimes we have a greasy spot on the stove, or on the kitchen table or maybe the dining table which is very hard to remove. But this problem can be fixed using a lemon. Take a lemon and cut it in half and use one piece sprinkled with salt to rub on the greasy spots. Then rub with a clean towel.

I do a detox drink with lemons, limes, oranges, cucumbers, mint leaves and water. I let it sit for a couple days before I start drinking it. Don't taste bad and works well. To cleanse my system, I have been fasting for the last twenty years in February after I read a book call HEAL TYSELF by Queen Afua in January. I highly recommend it. I had a pelptic ulcer last year. I made some cabbage juice using red cabbage and distilled water. After I drunk the juice and fasted I had no more symptoms such as heart burn or acid reflux. Fasting allows your system a chance to work on things in your body other than constantly spending energy digesting food.

Did 30 days back in April 2012. Lost on average a pound a day for the first 2 1/2 weeks before my body stabilized. Energy was through the roof! I try to cleanse at least once every 6 months. Had no issues with food at all...I was able to cook and shop for groceries with no issues at all. Did 30 days back in April 2012. Lost on average a pound a day for the first 2 1/2 weeks before my body stabilized. Energy was through the roof! I try to cleanse at least once every 6 months. Had no issues with food at all...I was able to cook and shop for groceries with no issues at all. The most important part of the cleanse is the laxative tea at night and the salt water flush in the morning.

I did it for 21 days once in my life. Just wanted to use up all of the stuff that I purchase because I was about to go work overseas. I could have gone longer than that....

I detox 3 to 4 times per year at 10 days per detoxing session. I've been doing it for years...
 
I do a detox drink with lemons, limes, oranges, cucumbers, mint leaves and water. I let it sit for a couple days before I start drinking it. Don't taste bad and works well. To cleanse my system, I have been fasting for the last twenty years in February after I read a book call HEAL TYSELF by Queen Afua in January. I highly recommend it. I had a pelptic ulcer last year. I made some cabbage juice using red cabbage and distilled water. After I drunk the juice and fasted I had no more symptoms such as heart burn or acid reflux. Fasting allows your system a chance to work on things in your body other than constantly spending energy digesting food.

Yo my moms been drinking that cucumber orange mint leaf lemon water. The first month she lost 25 pounds. It kills hunger and helps you release all the wafer retention in the body.
 
i did it for 14 days and i felt great. the thing about it is you get tired of tasting the same goddamn thing day in and day out. it ruined lemonade for me for quite some time after i was finished. maple syrup too. but i got back.

i lost about a pound a day but another thing is as soon as you start eating again, you get salt back into your system which make you gain the water weight back. so as a diet, it's not ideal. whoever said that it's really a detox first was right on.

if you really wanna get trill wittit do the saltwater flush. 45 minutes after the first one, i wondered how the fuck ex lax has stayed in business this long.
Nope, no food. The maple syrup and water has all the nutrients that your body needs

THE MASTER CLEANSE IS NOT A DIET...only hoes like Beyonce use it as one, when they have a video, movie or photo-shoot coming up and want keep a bullshit image for niggas. This shit is meant to cleanse your system of some shit that has been in it for years. I did it for 12 days, but it was way back when I was living with moms and didn't have anywhere to go. If it's working you have to stay near a toilet. If you are using this shit for a diet, shame on you. Get your punk ass in the gym and go on a real diet.
 
I did for 29 days could not make it to 30 (which was my goal)this was my 3 time doin it tho (first 1o days second 15 days). At the end Im not got to lie i felt GREAT eye site was better my thinking was ALOT clearer! but after doin if for a while like 15days you stop drinking the lemon mix and drink alot of water cause you really not hungry but the the hunger hits, like u a vampire! Food smell so good!!! All in All i lost 55 lbs fit clothes i could not yrs. After not eating i still was Bowel Moving the 29 days and its sad that we store that much bowel in our body. And no one i seen talked about the herbal e-lax you take at night b4 bed or the water and sea salt mix u drink in the morning that the WORST part of it all. And the fact you cant just go back to eat food after doin if for 10 plus days u have to get ur body back to eating food. Plus the head aches you get a first if u a Big coffee/soda person. But if you go back to eating your body will store the food you eat and i gain like 10lbs of it back in a week and half. But at the end of the day i gain all of it back plus :(

i adressed two of these points but yeah the smooth move tea, forgot about that.

but if you're doing the tea AND the salt water flush, you deserve what you get lol. personally i think both is too much. if you choose to go that route, hope you got some carmex for your asshole. you gon wipe that muhfucka into triage from shitting 6 times a day.
 
never had a problem with the smooth move tea or salt water flush. A little tip I use was to put just a drop of syrup in the salt water and in 30 min... boom.. I was ready for the day.
 
Anyone wondering it's pretty easy to do even if you just drink plain water, the hardest part is the first day getting over the psychology of not eating any food, after the first day you will be surprised that you aren't even hungry and the longer you go you won't even have cravings
