Damn. Hopefully, there are no casualties.

I live in Bangkok and have some details.Corrections: The undermined cream colored building is a new but unused police station. The 2 large buildings opposite with a garden between them are the hospital with 60m deep bathtub foundations (with bored piles even deeper). It has been stated by multiple sources that the hospital has an underground wall around it that is 60m deep and can easily handle the worst case scenario here. The hospital is expected to reopen tomorrow with utilities fully reconnected.
1: There may have been long term soil disturbance after the March 28th Earthquake.
2: The upper tunnel had penetrated the station 'bathtub' about 3 months ago and there was a rubber gasket around the joint. Final inner lining may not have been done. The station design is 2 single-train tunnels vertically stacked.
3: There was indication of the 5ft water main failing early in the morning, several hours before the sinkhole appeared. There was a ~6" dip in the road by around 5am and obvious pooling of water by 7am.
4: It is suspected that the tunnel section was undermined as water saturated the already loose and disturbed soil, and sank down several meters, allowing soil to rush into the station.
5: The upper tunnel continued to move yesterday. The utility shaft has since collapsed, and the hole has expanded past the red painted crosswalk. The sinkhole now spans the entire width of the police station.
6: Sandbags and concrete are being poured over the opening into the station. It has been stated that the inside of the station breach has been covered with 30 ton trench plates.7: There is a desire to remove prefab concrete parts, utility poles, cables and wrecked cars from the hole but no clear plan yet.
