They saying younger people are flocking there but I don't know why besides the weather and what they think it's going be like.

FL,CAlifornia,Vegas,ATL all places where the rich live or vacation and everyone else is in a rat race trying to pretend to be that,with the house,cars and lifestyle but that other side,that poor side is there and you're moving right nextdoor to it.

One of the places where you can have a decent job but have to have two or three hustles and one might be illegal.

I actually loved the area outside Tampa where I lived. I went to Clearwater damn never every weekend.

With flood insurance damn near non-existent....noone wants to stay...

You crazy Clearwater one of the few places in Florida I actually like.

Florida overall just isn't good for the working man job opportunities there are scarce.

Shits mostly tourist there.

There is a spot I like to go in Florida after I visit Clearwater before I head back called Yurba city cool lil slight night life there.

See, VISITING Clearwater is fun. Been more than a handful of times BUT I couldn't LIVE there. Not enough black people and the ones I met worked for the white folks cleaning the AirBnb's(aka the "slaves") I mentioned. Mf's were unkempt and didn't speak to me in front of their boss. Weird shit.

There's certain cities on the water I wouldn't fuck with cuz all I see are Trump flags lined up and down every block.

Fucking facts. Gotta know how to hustle and/or have a solid career. Mf's can't just come down here and work a warehouse job and make it. The pay for the average working man is trash.

Those kids are out hustling. Ain’t nobody from that generation really trying to work-work. Mothafuckas bred on “Work Smart” mantra have made themselves quite dumb. The only salvation are the really poor ones with parents with addiction or other ugly behaviors. But they’ll grow up to be MAGA so I’m not sure if that’s for the best.

You can’t flee the city and then return directly to the city. The only way the scam works if you can sell the dream further away from the city center.

Most the people I met there didn't even live there in Clearwater, even the people that worked there.

Strange enough a lot of the workers I met there were from California the rest were tourist from all over.
