First off thank you for your service. That will always get my respect.

Secondly, you can't compare yourself to Kap because you weren't blessed with his abilities which allowed him to be in a position to earn the millions of dollars he has.

And to say he doesn't love football is asinine when again, he worked out daily for 3 years with no guarantee of ever playing in the NFL again. Also, comparing him to TO, Johnson, etc isn't fair because they were past their primes when they left vs Kap who was entering his. And why risk a career ending injury knowing that, if not being blackballed, you're spot in the league is a late hit, rolled ankle, or a freak injury away...

Kap played six seasons in the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers and would have been cut if he hadn't opted out of his contract and by doing so he received $39.4 million from the deal. Who in their right mind wouldn't have done the same? And if you're sitting on 40 million why would you go play in Canada? I have 2 friends who have contact with several players in the league. One owns a cigar club that a lot of players go to when they are in town. The other one who is a sports agent. Most of the players who go into the cigar shop are Black and the general feeling amongst those guys is Kaep don't want to play no ball.
